Biography
Most of my practice is related to young children (below 6), children, and adolescents, as well as families. I also doing some individual therapy with women. My approach is quite interactive and I gather information to assess in three or four sessions. I then provide recommendations for treatment.
I tend to contact schools and professionals who have worked with the family as a part of my assessment. I also may observe children in school or other naturalistic settings as part of my assessment.
A significant portion of my practice is related to families who have divorced or are divorcing. I conduct therapy and offer such services as mediation, recommending or confidential, co-parenting, reunification therapy, and court-appointed child custody evaluations.
I have worked in the San Ramon Community for over 30 years and know the schools and community well.
